About the Role:
Maple Mutual is looking for a Policyholder Support Representative (PSR) to join our growing team! As the PSR you will be the face of Maple Mutual, responsible for enhancing policyholder engagement and satisfaction at every touch point through accurate, timely, and friendly service. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the PSR helps to facilitate efficiencies between the Sales and Underwriting functions, enhancing the overall policyholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assists Agents with administrative tasks as part of the overall sales workflow, such as preparing documentation, coordinating with underwriting, quote follow-ups, status of policy updates, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
– Manages front desk operations, including receiving mail and packages, overseeing the fire extinguisher exchange process, and assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, calendar updates, filing and managing office supplies.
– Remains current on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements through ongoing learning and professional development.
– Provides exceptional service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and policy changes.
– Documents accurate, timely, and complete electronic records of interactions with policyholders.
– Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing policyholders.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma and additional certification in Office Administration or related field is an asset.
– Strong professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
– P&C insurance experience, an asset.
– Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, or working towards, an asset.
– Willingness and ability to obtain OTL License.
