Last week, Kim joined our Claims Department as a Claims Intake Administrator. Originally from Birmingham, England, Kim has been living in Chatham-Kent for over 35 years and has 3 sons and 5 grandchildren she’s very proud of. With over a decade of customer service experience, Kim is looking forward to getting to know and serve our Policyholders!
