The contract negotiations between Canada Post and the Canada Union of Postal
workers are ongoing. If there is no resolution, labour disruptions could occur including a
postal strike. We are monitoring the situation as it evolves.

We recognize that there may be disruptions with mail delivery which could affect the
receipt and processing of your payments by cheque, as well as deliverables of
important documents.

Should a disruption occur, rest assured that Maple Mutual is equipped to provide
alternative methods of payment and has options for deliverables in place.

Our main office in Dresden, Ontario, remains open to service your in-person needs,
such as making payments and picking up documents.

Possible alternative payment methods include paying at your financial institution, or

In the event of an interruption to Canada Post services, please contact your Agent or
Broker to go over your payment and deliverable options. You can also contact our office
